Ⅱ. Working Principle

The conductive wristband delivers microcurrent stimulation below the motor threshold (biphasic symmetric square wave) to peripheral nerves (median / radial nerve). This evokes oscillations in the thalamus and central neural network, thereby relieving tremors of the hands or upper limbs. It is a non-invasive, wearable neuromodulation approach that does not trigger active muscle movement.

Ⅲ. Usage Steps

· Power on/off: Touch the circular groove of the main unit for more than 3 seconds (green light steady = on; orange light flashes 3× = off)

· Adaptive Mode (no app needed): Enters automatically after power-on → wear correctly → the device automatically delivers stimulation according to your tremor frequency; it pauses when Manual Mode starts and resumes after Manual Mode stops

· Manual Mode (app control): Download the app (iOS: search "Anti-Tremor Bracelet" on the App Store; Android: scan the QR code; Android 8.0+ / iOS 12.0+) → login with phone number + SMS code → wear correctly (conductive wristband on the thumb side, 2 fingers above the wrist crease) → Bluetooth pairing (device name MTRE-1A_BLE, auto-reconnect supported) → optional tremor assessment (questionnaire + 14s frequency collection) → select Mode A/B/C, adjust intensity 0–60, then Start/Stop

· Charging: Magnetic charging cable; orange light steady while charging, off when fully charged

Ⅳ. Indications & Contraindications

· Indication: relief of hand or upper-limb tremor (the manual does not specify a particular disease; please consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis)

· Do NOT use if: ① you have a cardiac pacemaker, implantable cardioverter defibrillator, or any other active implantable medical device; ② you have epilepsy or other mental illness; ③ the wearing site has swelling, infection, inflammation, rash, open wounds, or cancerous lesions; ④ you are pregnant

· Cautions: use only on the specified body part; stop immediately if discomfort occurs; keep away from children and pets; avoid direct sunlight, rain, and collision; store in a cool, dry place
